Opportunity Max runs a market-scan demo for business owners we have invited. You pick a business category and an area, and the scan shows how many businesses are listed there and how many can be reached by email or contact form.

The demo is read-only. Running a scan does not email, call, message or otherwise contact any business.

Scans need an invite code. Each code is for the person it was given to, has a set number of scans and may expire. We can change, limit or withdraw a code at any time, for example if it is shared publicly or used in a way that strains the service.

Business counts come from Google Maps listings, provided to us by a third-party data service, for the category and area you choose. Categories are Google Maps' own. Listings change daily, so the same scan can return different numbers on different days.

“Reachable by email” is an estimate, based on reading the public pages of a sample of the businesses found. “Reachable by contact form” counts businesses that list their own website. Treat all figures as estimates for planning, not as exact counts.

Place names in the search come from GeoNames, used under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence.

The emails shown after a scan are examples of how a sequence can flow. They are not sent, and they are not the finished copy we would write for your business. You may not use them to contact anyone on our behalf.

We describe what our service does, not what it will achieve for you. Replies, booked calls and sales depend on your offer, your market and many things outside our control, and we do not promise any particular outcome.

Please don't try to copy, scrape or resell the data shown, get around invite limits, overload the service, or use the demo for anything unlawful.

If you join the waitlist, we keep your name, email and what you tell us about your business, and use them only to follow up about our services. We do not sell this information. Ask us at any time to delete it.

To run scans we keep a record of each invite code's use (the category, area and the counts shown) and remove stored scan results after 30 days. The site sets one cookie to remember your invite code; it is not used for advertising or tracking.

The demo is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Opportunity Max is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the demo or from decisions made using its figures.

We may update these terms; the date below shows the latest version. Questions or deletion requests: reply to any email from us and we'll take care of it.
